Easy Recipe
Spicy Mint Tea
Equipment:
Pot to make 4 cups of tea
Ingredients:
1 small bunch of mint leaves
4 sticks cinnamon sticks
3 star anis
6 cups water
1-2 thin slices of fresh ginger (optional)
1/2 lemon
Manuka honey to taste (optional)
Method:
Combine all the ingredients except lemon & honey in a big pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer into your cups & add lemon & honey to taste.
