Recommended Use:

Massage into clean skin, focusing on areas like chest, upper back, & temples. N.B. a small amount will go along way. Can use a small amount in shower or bath for an inhalation steam.

Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid in case of known allergy to listed ingredients. With children under 7 only apply a small amount to clothing (back is best), so they do not accidentally rub into eyes. Not recommended for babies.
