Joint Inflammation Massage Blend

Equipment:
50ml bottle with lid or dropper sterilised. Makes 30ml
Ingredients:
30ml Sweet Almond Oil
6 drops Marjoram Essential Oil
5 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil
4 drops Ginger Essential Oil
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl & blend. Transfer to bottle & seal with cap or dropper.
Use:
Massage into affected joints as often as required.
Store in dark, cool place for up to 3 months.
