Kunzea essential oil is a relative newcomer to the world stage of aromatherapy. Kunzea Oil is an Australian essential oil that is calming and soothing and has a herbaceous and fresh aroma much like Pine and Eucalyptus. Kunzea has excellent analgesic properties making it perfect in sports balms.

Aroma: Fresh, sharp, somewhat cineolic, woody aroma with a sweet/spicy note that becomes more pronounced in the drydown.

Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cajeput, Clary Sage, Clove Bud, Cypress, Eucalypts, Fragonia, Frankincense, Geranium, Ginger, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Litsea, Lime, Manuka, Myrrh, Neroli, Niaouli, Orange, Palo Santo, Patchouli, Peppermint, Pine, Rosalina, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Sandalwood & Vetiver.

Easy Recipe:
Sports Rub
Arnica macerated oil will help with bruising & recovery after strenuous exercise.
Equipment:
50ml bottle with lid or dropper sterilised
Ingredients:
5 drops Kunzea Essential Oil
2 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil
30ml Arnica Oil
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in the bottle & seal with cap or dropper. Shake gently to blend ingredients.
Store in dark, cool place.
Use: Massage into affected area and allow to absorb.
