Recommended use:
Start with 1/2 a tsp per day, aiming for 5g per day. Add the powder to smoothies, hot & cold drinks, cereals & broths.

Easy Recipe:
Restorative Tea
Equipment:
Kettle
Cup
Infuser
Ingredients:
- 1-2 tsp Ashwagandha Powder
- Pinch of Lavender Tea
- 175ml of boiling water
Method:
Infuse. Drink 2-3 times daily.
Recipe 2:
Ashwagandha, Milk & Cardamom Tea
- 1/2 cup milk (of your. hoice)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4tsp cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder
- A dash of honey (only if you need it for sweetening your drink)
Mix the milk, water and Ashwagandha powder together and heat it till it's lukewarm. Add the cardamom while the mixture is lukewarm and drink it twice in the day.
Recipe 3:
Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (any kind that you prefer)
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder (5 grams)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup of nuts or seeds
- A dash of honey (only if you need it for sweetening your drink)
Place the following ingredients into a blender and blend all these ingredients together until smooth.
Recipe 4:
Tumeric & Ashwagandha Milk
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder (5 grams)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (3-5 grams)
- 1/2 a cup organic whole milk
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Mix the milk, turmeric and ashwagandha powder together and heat it till it's lukewarm. And then add the coconut oil.
Recipe 5:
Ashwagandha & Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ashwagandha powder
- 1/2 cup maca powder
- 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup of honey
Mix all the ingredients into a chocolate mould and place into the freezer to allow it to set. Have or store it in a cool place thereafter.
