Equipment:
Either sew a cloth pouch or use a Muslin draw string bag
Ingredients:
14g Lavender Flowers
14g Rose Petals
21g Comfrey Leaf
7g Orange Peel
3.5g Geranium Leaves
Method:
Combine all the herbs & put into cloth pouch.
Place under pillow or inside pillow slip for a deeper, peaceful sleep.
