Rose Geranium Oil is a little sweeter and greener in aroma than it's cousin Geranium. From the same botanical family, it is extensively used in perfumery. A sweet, rosy, floral & herbaceous aroma.

Easy Recipe
PMT Rose Geranium Bath
Soothe sudden mood swings & hormonal feelings of tension to feel more grounded, calm & uplifted.
Equipment:
Bowl
Bath
Ingredients:
1tbsp Sweet Almond Oil or full-fat milk
7 drops of Rose Geranium Essential Oil
3 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Blend the ingredients into the warm bath water & soak.
Tip: Combine these ingredients (not milk), and use as a body oil focusing on abdomen, lower back & chest.
