Seasonal Botanical Wellness Workshop with Pachamama Remedies Saturday 8 November
- Duration: 5 Hours (approx.) 9:30-2:30
- Location: Moonacres Cooking School, Robertson, NSW
Saturday 8 November
Pachamama Remedies is a botanical atelier rooted in whole-body wellness, creating artisan, small-batch herbal products—teas, tinctures, tonics, and body care—using sustainable, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients, crafted on Gundungurra Country in Robertson.
Tahi, the founder, has been immersed in wellbeing for decades—beginning her practice in the early 1990s—and trained with renowned institutions. With qualifications spanning health science, organic formulations, aromatherapy, Ayurveda, herbalism, and ancient distillation traditions, she brings a depth of knowledge and a lifelong commitment to plant medicine.
About the Workshop
Join Tahi and Moonacres School for a soulful, hands-on day exploring the many ways plants can nurture body, mind, and spirit. Together we will:
• Experience the ancient art of botanical still distillation, capturing the living essence of plants.
• Learn how to make seasonal syrups, drinks & snacks from herbs, fruits, and flowers to support immunity, calm the nervous system, and bring flavour to your kitchen & Christmas festivities.
• Discover thought-provoking approaches to cooking with food for brain and gut health, with simple, nourishing ideas you can take home.
• Blend your own herbal remedies and taste Pachamama’s artisan teas and tonics.
This nurturing gathering offers more than recipes—it’s an immersion into seasonal health, stress resilience, sleep support, and digestive wellbeing, guided by Tahi’s decades of holistic practice and plant wisdom.
There will be shared food, beautiful teas, and plenty of inspiration to bring into your daily life.
The day begins at 9:30am and concludes at 2:30pm and Tahi and the team at Moonacres looks forward to seeing you.
