Ingredients:
4 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
6 drops Cajuput Essential Oil
4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
Method:
Add the oils to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with the towel and inhale in deeply. Allow the steam to soothe the throat taking a break as needed.
