Sweet Marjoram is used in perfumery “to introduce a fresh, slightly medicinal-aromatic, warm note in fougères, colognes, Oriental bases, etc.”*1

Joint Inflammation Massage Blend

Marjoram is such an important herb in many massage blends. you can add this blend to a salve for easy use. See How To Make a Salve Recipe here

Equipment:

50ml bottle with lid or dropper sterilised. Makes 30ml

Ingredients:

30ml Sweet Almond Oil

6 drops Marjoram Essential Oil

5 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil

4 drops Ginger Essential Oil

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl & blend. Transfer to bottle & seal with cap or dropper.

Use:

Massage into affected joints as often as required.

Store in dark, cool place for up to 3 months.
