Anti-inflammatory Compress

Try this recipe using pain relieving Lemongrass & anti-inflammatory oils of Ginger & Black-Pepper

Equipment:

Bowl

Compress, flannel or Muslin Cloth

Ingredients:

1 tsp Sweet Almond Oil

5 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil

2 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil

5 drops Ginger Essential Oil

Method:

Fill a bowl with cold water. Add the essential oils to the almond oil. Add to the water.

Soak the compress & squeeze out excess water.

Place the flannel on the affected area. Once flannel is at body temperature repeat soaking the flannel & return to affected area. Repeat at least 3 times.

Insect Repellant

For a wearable insect repellent.

Ingredients:

6 drops of Lemongrass Oil

6 drops of Rosemary Oil 

100mL of Rose hip Oil 

Method:

Mix ingredients together in a bowl & then massage on exposed areas for protection.
