Eucalyptus & Lemon Inhalation
Sometimes respiratory issues like asthma can be set off by stress. This inhalation uplifts the spirits & opens the airways.
Ingredients:
4 drops Eucalyptus Lemon Scented Ironbark Essential Oil
4 drops Lemon Essential Oil
4 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Method:
Place the drops on a tissue or handkerchief, alternatively you could place on mask but only need 2 drops of each or it may overwhelm the eyes.
Inhale as often as required.
