Aroma: Spicy-sweet, rich, warm, highly aromatic, at first penetrating with a slightly cineolic aroma, becoming balsamic-woody and increasingly sweet in the drydown; extremely tenacious.

Cardamom helps to ease nervousness & is considered an aphrodisiac so be sure to include this one in your romance inducing massage oils and diffuser blends.
Cardamom Oil is renowned for its grounding effects, stress relief & combats fatigue.

Blends with:

Agarwood, Benzoin, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Cistus, Clary Sage, Clove, Coriander, Frankincense, Ginger, Juniper Berry, Labdanum, Orange, Palo Santo, Pine, Rose, Sandalwood & Ylang-Ylang.

In perfumery, Cardamom essential oil “impart[s] spiciness, but also a warm, sweet note which fits into floral bases such as muguet and rose.”*1 Also “Coriander [essential] oil is an extremely fine modifier for Cardamom [essential] oil in perfumery.”*2.

Recommended use:

Massage oils, detoxing, diffuser blends, grounding oils blends, deodorants, mouth wash & as a woody note in perfumes.

Care Instructions:

Non-toxic & non-irritant. Avoid using in children under 7 years. Do not ingest or apply neat to the skin. CNS and breathing problems in young children due to high 1,8-cineole content; do not apply to or near the face of infants or children, otherwise has GRAS status (Generally Recognized as Safe).*3.

Easy Recipe:

Bloated Belly Massage Oil

Using essential oils known to be antispasmodic, calming & warming can help indigestion.

Equipment:

50ml bottle and lid or dropper sterilised

Bowl 

Spoon or stirrer

Ingredients:

30ml Sweet Almond Oil

2 drops Cardamom Essential Oil

3 drops Coriander Essential Oil

5 drops Mandarin Essential Oil

Method:

Combine all ingredients in to the bowl. Once blended transfer to sterilised bottle & seal, label.

Gently massage into chest then belly in circular motions from your right hip up to just under rib cage, across belly and down towards your left hip. Repeat. Leave oil on.
